An homage to the cosecheros and the style of wine they used to produce and consume, this is a blend of organically-farmed Garnacha and Calagraño (a white variety). After foot-treading in concrete, the material moves to glass garrafones for a semi-carbonic maceration. It is bottled without fining, filtration or addition of SO2. Says Carlos: "We don't know how to define El Outsider. It could be the worst wine we make...or the best." The name of the wine comes from a song by Ángel Stanich, a singer from Santander. 2,450 bottles.
