The Costumbres white is a blend of Viura, Calagraño, Garnacha Roya and Tempranillo Blanco from 50+-year-old organically-farmed vineyards planted in clay loam soils in the southern corner of the Rioja Oriental. The grapes are foot-trodden and fermented in used open-top French barrels without inoculation or temperature control. During the fermentation, the must is separated from the plant material and finishes fermenting in sealed barrels. 1,350 bottles.
