Vidonia is 100% Listán Blanco from three un-grafted centenary plantations on the estate, ranging in altitude from 350-550 meters above sea level. The wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation and partial malolcatic in used 500L French barrels. It is then transferred to 2500L foudres for the remainder of its élevage.
