Las Suertes is 100% Listán Negro from the sandy loam soils of El Ciruelo, a centenary vineyard planted at 480-520 meters above sea level with northern orientation. It fermented with 90% whole clusters in unlined concrete tanks and was then transferred to 500L used French oak barrels for malolactic and a further 11 months of aging. This wine was formerly commercialized as El Ciruelo.
