100% organically-farmed Rufete Blanco from slate soils in the village of Garcibuey. Rufete Blanco is not a color mutation of Rufete, but rather a genetically-unrelated grape of extreme rarity. This example undergoes a brief skin maceration before fermentation and 18 months of aging in used 225L French barrels.
