A blend of Albariño, Loureira, Cagarrucho, Treixadura and Caiño Blanco from the Currás, Paredes and Salgosa vineyards. The varieties are picked at their respective moments of ripeness, destemmed and pressed with a manual press, resulting in yields of scarcely 60L per 100kg of fruit. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on the lees for 5-6 months.
