‘Les Someres’ Blanc 2022

Penedès (w/o D.O.) - Santa Margarida i els Monjos - Barcelona

A blend of organically-farmed Subirat Parent, Xarel-lo Vermell, Malvasia de Sitges, Llimonera and Vinyater from estate vineyards. The varieties ferment separately in a combination of wood casks, stainless steel and clay amphorae. After the fermentation, the lots are blended and the wine is bottled with a small addition of sulfur.
