100% Albariño from 40+-year-old vines on a 0.4-hectare plot on the grounds of the Pazo de Fonteneixe. The vines are planted in granitic sand about 100 meters from the sea and trained in the traditional parral trellis. The wine ferments in stainless steel and later passes to neutral 500L French barrels for additional aging with the lees.
