The red complement to Excéntrico, Tatos is 100% Garnacha Tinta from the highest-altitude vineyards on the estate. It is fermented with whole clusters in foudre. After alcoholic fermentation, it moves to 400L French barrels for malolactic and another eight to ten months of élevage.
