Puro Vicio is without question the most singular wine in the Bodegas Mitarte range. It is a field blend of Viura, Garnacha Blanca, Malvasia, Calagraño and Moscatel from a vineyard that was planted in 1902. After a brief cold maceration, the must ferments spontaneously with native yeast in cement tanks. The wine is subsequently moved into 300L French barrels for an additional six months of élevage. A white Rioja unlike any other.
