100% Garnacha Blanca from some of the estate’s highest-elevation plots in the village of Labastida, Rioja Alavesa district. The must ferments in cement tank and remains there on the lees for another two months of lees contact. The wine is then moved into a 2500L foudre for another 8-10 months of élevage. After bottling, it remains in the winery for a minimum of one year before release to the market. Approximately 2500 bottles produced per vintage.
