100% Viura from a single vineyard planted in 1967. Entrepeñas was one of the first vineyards of primarily white material to be named a “viñedo singular” within the classification system of Rioja. After a 36-hour cold maceration, the must ferments in 300L French barrels (mostly used), where it remains for four months with occasional bâtonnage.
