La Tierra de Nunca Jamás is how the Spanish translate Never-Never Land, and this wine is an expression of Javier’s desire to never grow up. The grapes come from the poorest zones of the organically-farmed estate vineyards in Laguardia, Rioja Alavesa district. The wine ferments and ages in new and used 225L French barrels.
