A blend of Viura, Malvasia and Tempranillo Blanco from the upper slopes (Levantadas) of organically-farmed estate vineyards with a minimum age of thirty years. Fermented in stainless steel with four months of post-fermentation lees aging, this is a unique white Rioja in that it presents a richness and aristocratic character without oak influence. One of Javi’s signature wines.
